Syringe Exchange Program
What is it?
Syringe exchange is a completely FREE, CONFIDENTIAL program specifically designed for people who inject drugs to exchange dirty needles for clean.
What else does the program provide?
- HEP C and HIV testing
- Distribution of proper sharps containers for future use
- Educational materials, counseling, and referrals
- Safer sex and wound care supplies
- Narcan- overdose reversal kits
- Fentanyl and Xylazine test strips
What are the benefits?
- Reduces the spread of infectious diseases such as HIV and Hepatitis C
- Links participants to treatment and health care
- Provides safe needle disposal
- Saves lives
What is it?
Naloxone (also known as the brand name Narcan) is a nasal spray that can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose in 2-3 minutes.

Toll-free national overdose prevention, detection, life-saving crisis response and medical intervention services for people who use drugs while alone.
Peer operators are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
